Ahmed Omer Villa is follows the concept of Minimalist architecture and is about achieving better design through simplicity – a simplicity of form, space, materiality, detail, and color. Minimalist design also shows restraint and a careful paring down and editing of spaces to get to a place of clarity.

Ahmed Omer Villa with area of of 158 square meters is located in Jigjig yar, near Gaafane Fuel station, Hargeisa.

The plot is divided in to three different Zones consisting:

front garden:
Building area.
Parking area
Backyard

Front Garden:

Designed to be a social space for the family to spend precious and quality time together

Building area:

Consists of two identical volumes organized for different purposes. A very private rectangular volume with defined straight edges stands on the west comprising two (3mx4m) Bed Rooms, one 2.5mx2.2m shared Toilets, one 5.8mx5m master bed and 2.5mx2.2m master Toilet.

Parking area:

The family can enjoy a spacious parking for three cars.

The Eastern volume consists, the Living Room and kitchen separated by a dining Room. The Living Room has a unique clear glass corner sliding Doors with clear glass panes coming from different directions allowing to view toward the front garden.

Backyard:

Provides privacy and outdoor building space .the backyard is an ideal place to take some rest in the afternoon and enjoy memorable moments with the family and friends.
