Hiraal was requested by their client initiate the second phase of Early Childhood Education (ECE) centers at public schools in Somaliland. The objective of these centers are to give school children an opportunity to develop social and cognitive skills before going to primary schools. .
The ECE centers were to be constructed at the following three schools:-
1- Gadhyare School
2- Faadumo Biixi School
3- Gacmadheere School
Phase two started in April 2019 and was successfully delivered on time, on budget along with great quality on Nov 2019
Construction of the ECE centers was funded by Pharo Foundation, an organization which we as Hiraal, have partnered up with in improving the quality of public education in Somaliland.
