Creating value through developing three interconnected areas the three ”C’s”:

Concept

The key approach in the initiative is a conceptual approach to the architectural design process and value creation, which allow future and present involved stakeholders across building industries to get a more reflective, artistic, and flexible approach to value in the shaping of building.

Culture

This value must be based on a grounding of architecture in innovative, sustainable and culturally sensitive understandings of the context for building in the Horn of Africa and beyond, by an analysis of for instance typologies, styles, aesthetic and specific solutions in the Middle Eastern and East African architectural history up
to the present.

Communication

Communication tools and narratives must be developed from illustrative CAD in 2D and 3D which make up the general state in today’s architecture, into procedures securing an engaged and productive framing and organisation of architectural projects and their value for all stakeholders, not least developers, builders and users.
